Fantastic Chesini "Precision" (Brev. Mod. 83) Classic Bike, High End from the noble smithy Chesini from Italy!

This rarity was completely disassembled into its individual parts right down to the last bearing shell and cleaned and polished at great expense; all bearings were checked for wear and re-lubricated with "white Teflon grease", adjusted and run "as smooth as butter". Some paint flaking at the typical places (above the shifters, top tube at the brake cable entrance in the front, I had to repair and make small corrections to the lettering. The fork has chrome flakes on the Chesini engravings, which I also repaired and thus protected from rust. The frame is made of light Columbus SL tubing with Campagnolo dropouts in the front and beautifully crafted Chesini dropouts in the rear, it was built to a very high standard by the traditional Italian company Chesini, the bike has shifter cables that disappear in the down tube and are diverted by a specially milled aluminium cone bottom bracket. All bearings are in perfect condition and run very smoothly, stem and seatpost are from 3TTT and also pantographed with Chesini Precision, in this combination an absolute rarity and a collector's item. The legendary Campagnolo Super Rekord screw ring is as good as new and weighs only about 200 grams. After the extensive restoration a unique collector's item has been created, which you will enjoy very much.
