Production continued until the early 1990s, although the company produced a wide range of "lightweight" frames, the most famous were the turbo models, i.e. those with the double seat tube configuration and short wheelbase. The Mecacycle frames were made from Super Vitus or Columbus SL tubes. A special collector's item and show bike, the modern tyres are a real hit, a conversion to classic tubular rims is no problem...
