The maintenance-free inner bearings form a non-demountable unit consisting of a cold-formed case-hardened steel shaft and a one-piece outer ring made of rolling bearing steel. The raceways for the two rows of balls are ground directly into the shaft and outer ring. The balls are guided in polyamide cages and the complete bearing unit is provided with a lifetime grease filling. To prevent the ingress of dirt and water, all inner bearings in our product range are fitted with contact seals (lip seals).
