This rarity was completely disassembled into its individual parts right down to the last bearing shell and cleaned and polished at great expense; all bearings were checked for wear and re-lubricated with "white Teflon grease", adjusted and run "as smooth as butter". Some paint flaking was repaired. The frame was built in high quality by the traditional company Chesini in Italy, the fork heads are chrome plated and have a "Special" engraving, all bearings are in a perfect condition and run very smooth, stem and seat post are from 3TTT and also pantographed with Chesini Precision, in this combination an absolute rarity and a collector's item.
