The frame is made of lightweight Reynolds 531 Competition tubing with Campagnolo dropouts and was built to a very high standard by the traditional company Gazelle in the Netherlands, the elaborate paintwork and decals are flawless and the straight fork makes the look unique.
The wheels are very high quality: new Mavic GP4 rims with the legendary Campagnolo Rekord high flange hub set in top condition, the wheels are newly built and run perfectly.
The Campagnolo Rekord " Strada" crank has been fitted with a Nuovo Rekord chainring and is a feast for the eyes. The bottom bracket is also Campagnolo Rekord and is as good as new, i.e. without running-in marks, the gear ratio is 53 front and 18 rear, the screw hub is equipped with a freewheel, so no fixed gear!
As brake system were used suitable and rare Modolo "Professional" brake calipers, at that time "Top of the Range" at Modolo and pack in connection with the flatbar brakes super! this rarity was completely rebuilt with the best components; all bearings were checked for wear and were lubricated with "white Teflon grease", adjusted and run "as smooth as butter".
